We currently have a variety of studios available to cater for different needs. Please enquire to find out more details and organise a viewing.
All of our studio rates include use of our multi-purpose Club Room, kitchen facilities, high speed fibre internet & WiFi and all utilities.
Our minimum term is 1 year for all tenancies - we do prefer longer terms of at least 2 or more years.
Our Club Room can be used for anything you need. In the past it has been used to host client meetings, as a cinema screening room, an art exhibition space, to host a drinks reception, for company community days, or just as a break-out space to get away from desks.
Due to the tramworks on Constitution Street there will now be limited on-street parking outside Round The World Studios, however vehicle access should be possible soon for large deliveries or collections. There are a number of free parking areas within 2 minutes walk of the studios, including Maritime Court and Carpet Lane.
Yes, we are dog/pet friendly! We just ask that they do not disturb any of our other tenants or visitors whilst they are on site.
